The Sustainiac allows any note to be held indefinitely and can be used to create extremely unique effects and sounds. Nothing on the guitar has been changed from how it was when bought even the strings are the ones that came on it(a testament to how little it has been used in the few years I've owned it) A selling point of this guitar is the“Sustainiac Stealth Pro” pickup(an electromagnetic sustainer that retails for $229 on it's own) that comes standard on the DK2S model. The finish does have a couple small nicks on the front, which are barely noticeable from a couple feet away, and unfortunately, the finish has chipped off of a small spot on the back edge(see picture) The paint chip could easily be repaired with black touch up paint though, and besides the aforementioned flaws,the guitar still looks brand new. It hasn't been used in any live performances and has only left my house a handful of times.
